Tioga Sequoia Brewing Co. is seeking a Social Media Coordinator for the Beer Garden. This position owns content ideation, publication and tracking of social content. We are looking for a candidate with a passion for digital media with initiative to join a creative and collaborative environment. 

Responsibilities

• Oversee and participate in the creation and publishing of social media content across social channels
• Own and drive social media campaigns
• Track the performance of campaigns
• Develop and maintain content plans in social content calendar
• Participate in the brainstorming of creative and promotional content
• Responding and interacting with followers on all social pages, sharing tagged content that is relevant to our page or events happening

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum one (1) year in social media or relevant work experience
• An understanding of all aspects of social media including platforms, content, analytics tools and creative
• Experience in creating social narratives through written and visual content
• Tuned into cultural trends and conversations in beer
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills with the ability to write concisely in a brand voice style 
• Detail-oriented, highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and adapt to change without notice.
• Collaborative team-player who can brainstorm and work on new social concepts
• Light experience in design work & photography is a plus, but not required.
• Creative and resourceful - tuned into social landscape, proactively looks for opportunities to test new tactics and improve processes.
• Flexible schedule with need to work occasional events on weekends or evenings.
