Job Title: Maintenance Superintendent - Marietta Facility

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Maintenance Superintendent to join our team at the Marietta Facility. As the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for supervising the maintenance & refrigeration teams in accordance with plant policies and procedures. You will promote safety, productivity, quality, and water efficiency while improving equipment reliability through the use of predictive/preventative techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform special tasks as assigned by Maintenance Manager
• Supervise maintenance & refrigeration in accordance with plant policies and procedures
• Promote safety, productivity, quality, and water efficiency
• Improve equipment reliability through the use of predictive/preventative techniques
• Responsible for installation of new equipment and/or overhaul of current equipment
• Conduct employees' transfers, disciplinary actions, evaluations, and training
• Promote and assist in professional and personal growth of all maintenance & refrigeration employees
• Work with outside vendors and contractors
• Assist in other departments as needed
• All other duties as directed

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently required to walk, climb, and move in tight spaces
• Frequently required to feel, handle, or operate objects, tools, and controls
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust vision focus
• Work is performed in a plant setting with moderate noise level in the working environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment

• Strong technical skills and knowledge of predictive/preventative maintenance techniques
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
