Please note: this role is located in our Denver, CO office; we work off a hybrid model and come into the office 2 days per week. 

Job Description

Join our innovative Design team as a talented UX Designer. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in creating a seamless, intuitive, and captivating gaming experience for our users.

Collaborate closely with your manager and fellow UX designers to enhance our user interface designs and support the organization's objectives.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading the discovery design process for our platform, driving innovation and ensuring a superior user experience.
  • Prioritizing key initiatives to enhance user experience and ensure we are focused on impactful improvements.
  • Concentrating on the native app for Tipico, optimizing it across multiple markets.
  • Continuously improving and maintaining the applications with a multi-market product focus.
  • Serving as the backbone of our user engagement strategy, fostering strong user connections and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience as a UX designer, successfully driving projects from conception to completion.
  • Expertise in the discovery phase of the Triple Diamond design process.
  • Proficient in utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data sources, with the ability to discern when each is appropriate.
  • Skilled in presenting findings and viable solution recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong knowledge of UX best practices, with a focus on mobile-first and responsive design approaches.
  • Graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
  • Proven ability to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
  • Demonstrable experience with user interface design and ideation mapping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with software engineers.
  • Capable of Rapid prototyping
  • Proficient in designing and optimizing mobile apps.

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a starting base salary of $85,000 to $110,000, depending on location and experience.
