Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and electrical background, with the ability to perform a variety of technical tasks. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the maintenance and repair of equipment.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Use tools such as ohmmeters to diagnose problems
- Fabricate parts as needed
- Maintain accurate records in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Provide excellent customer service while addressing technical concerns

Requirements:

- Demonstrated leadership skills in a technical environment
- Proficiency in electrical systems and troubleshooting
- Experience using ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment repair
- Ability to perform residential painting tasks
- Capability to weld and fabricate parts when necessary
- Familiarity with CMMS for maintenance tracking
- Strong customer service orientation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
