Business Intelligence Analyst II

The Business Intelligence Analyst II will be responsible for analyzing moderately complex data sets, developing Tableau dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities. This role requires someone who can effectively support projects and deliver insights that contribute to the organization's profitability. The ideal candidate has the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and translate business data into actionable information.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develops and creates Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
• Analyzes data to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Collaborates with team members and other departments to gather and analyze data.
• Implements data-driven strategies to enhance business processes.
• Reports findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Verifies data accuracy and integrity across all reports.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet tools, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and generate reports.
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write and troubleshoot queries and understand relational database concepts.
• Proficiency in Tableau and experience with data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• 2-4 years of experience in a business analyst role, with a focus on data visualization and reporting.
