Warehouse/Driver
Duties:
- Safely and efficiently operate commercial vehicles, including dump trucks, tankers, box trucks, limousines, and school buses.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Load and unload goods from trucks or trailers using appropriate equipment.
- Transport goods to designated locations in a timely manner.
- Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or damages.
- Assist with warehouse duties such as receiving, storing, and organizing inventory.
- Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure efficient workflow and accurate order fulfillment.
Skills:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for specific vehicle types (dump truck, tanker, etc.).
- Proven experience in commercial driving and route planning.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance.
- Excellent driving record with no major violations or accidents.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
