Titan America has an excellent opportunity for a Learning and Development Specialist at our corporate office in Deerfield Beach, FL. The selected candidate will report directly to the Learning and Development Manager in Norfolk, VA to support Titan America’s Learning and Talent Development activities in Florida and across the organization.
The Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for oversight, implementation, and monitoring of programs and activities that enhance skills, knowledge, and development of Titan Florida employees across all levels of the organization throughout the employee lifecycle. This individual will be responsible for developing, coordinating, facilitating, and measuring the effectiveness of training across Florida. They will support the success of L&D initiatives, leadership development programs, and collaborate with Senior Leadership, stakeholders, and subject matter experts. This role will also facilitate career development assessments and coaching, as well as succession planning activities and onboarding.
The goal is to promote a learning culture, empower employee potential, and enable efficiency and competitive advantage across all segments and levels of the organization.
