Key Responsibilities:
- Front and back office duties
- Answering phones, check-in and check-out
- Faxing and calling in prescriptions
- Documenting patient files
- Setting and confirming appointments
- Taking vital signs
- Following up with pharmacies and patient refills

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Experienced: Minimum of 1-2 years in the clinical field
- Multi-tasker: Able to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Organized: Keeps things in order and on track
- Quick Learner: Adapts and learns new skills rapidly
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Skype/FaceTime, MAC, and all Microsoft programs
- Fast Typer: Minimum of 50 wpm
- Energetic & Outgoing: Brings positive energy to the team
- Independent Worker: Can work with minimal supervision
- Dependable: Reliable with excellent attendance
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation
