Family Nurse Practitioner (Cardiology) Opportunity in Fitchburg, MA
We are currently seeking a qualified Family Nurse Practitioner with specialized experience in Cardiology to join our healthcare team in Fitchburg, MA. This role is in a not-for-profit organization renowned for its dedication to providing high-level healthcare services, particularly to the underinsured, uninsured, and low-income populations across Massachusetts.
Total Compensation Package (Benefits, PTO, Advantages, etc.):
- Salary Range: $112,000 - $137,000, based on cardiology experience and qualifications
- Health Insurance – Employer contributes 70%
- Dental and Vision Insurance
- 401(K) with 100% match on the first 3%
- Life Insurance
- Long-Term Disability/Short-Term Disability
- Student Loan Repayment Assistance - $50,000 with a 2-year commitment

Responsibilities:
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
- Role focused entirely on Outpatient Cardiology care
- Collaborative work with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals
- Specialized patient care for those with cardiac conditions
- Supportive environment with full staff including nursing and administrative teams
- No Weekends or Nights required
Requirements:
- Active Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner License
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Proven experience in Cardiology as a Nurse Practitioner is essential
- Dedicated to delivering compassionate and quality care to cardiology patients
