Salary and Benefits
- Salary - $70,000-$78,000
- Health Insurance (employer pays 75%; 4 plans to choose from)
- Vision and Dental Insurance
- Cell Phone Allowance - $35 Per Month
- 7 Paid Holidays

- On call rates
- Compensated for work done over expected productivity

Responsibilities
- Full time Monday-Friday
- Assessments of Patients
- Pain Management
- Coordinate with Physician when needed
- Anticipate changes and educate the patient, family, and caregivers on how to aid and manage symptoms safely
- Rotating On Call Schedule
- Coverage Area: Tarrant County
- EMR is WellSky (Kinnser) and it is 40 points
Requirements
- Clear and Active Texas Licensure
- Medicare Home Health Experience
- OASIS Experience
- Reliable Transportation
- High Ethical Standards
