Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive Salary Range based on experience ($55,100 - $77,000)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients
- Perform mental health assessments and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
- Advocate for clients' needs and access to resources
Requirements:
- Current and Active LCSW License in Massachusetts
- 1 year experience in providing psychotherapy and counseling services
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
