PACT Team Coordinator (LMHP or LMHP-R)

Our client is a longstanding behavioral health organization that has been serving Lynchburg and the surrounding areas for over 50 years.

The Position : We’re actively looking for an LMHP or LMHP-R to coordinate our Client’s PACT Team, a program of multidisciplinary clinicians providing treatment, rehabilitation and support services to adults with severe mental illness and substance abuse issues.

Candidates do not need to have prior supervisory experience to qualify for this role, and it is open to candidates pursuing full licensure who still require clinical supervision hours.

Salary and Benefits :

• Salary Range : $46,349.00 to $82,316.00 (depending on experience and licensure status).
• Additional Pay : $2000 Yearly Stipend (paid on each check)

Responsibilities :

• 37.5 hours per week
• Some weekends and on-call is required on occasion. Additional pay is provided for call shifts. Scheduling is flexible.
• Collaborate with PACT Program Manager in leading / supervising clinical team.
• This work is community based, meaning you will be visiting clients in the community and in their homes, some case management is required.
• Assess, develop and coordinate treatment and rehabilitation support services.

Requirements :

• Must have completed a 60-credit Master’s Degree (with 600 completed intern hours) in relevant Human Service field (Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Etc.)
• Licensure in the state of Virginia as an LMHP or LMHP-E
• 2 years’ experience working with adults with serious mental illness in a community behavioral health environment.
• No Virginia Barrier Crimes on Record.
