Titan Solar Power is currently seeking a driven Warehouse Associate to Join our team. 

Summary: 

The Warehouse Associate will participate in our warehouse operations and activities. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for storing, pulling, and packing materials as well as scanning orders received in the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label and ship)

• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, and store)

• Perform weekly and regularly scheduled inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits

• Collaborate with National Inventory Manager and HQ Supply Chain team to ensure inventory

• compliance and variance controls.

• Ensure all picking, fulfillment, inventory counts, and receipts are properly and timely documented in NetSuite.

• Maintains a clean and safe work environment using 5s and OSHA guidelines.

• Optimize warehouse space utilized

• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain effective shipping and receiving processes. 

• Follow company policy when reporting over, short and damaged deliveries. 

• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers

• Operate and preventively maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment

• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Experience & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1 prior Warehouse experience 

• Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems

• Familiarity with modern warehouse practices and methods

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Forklift experience, training provided

• Clean driving record required

Physical Requirements: 

• Alternate crouching or standing at will

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly

• Crouching or bending 

• Able to travel upon request 

• Travel up to 15% of the time
