TITAN WORLDWIDE is seeking an experienced US Domestic Operations Specialist in the Freight Forwarding/3PL industry. The ideal candidate will be well versed in domestic air and ground freight operations, routing, customer service, and the various carrier modes of transportation.

Requirements

As a Domestic Operations Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities:

· Prioritize, schedule and route shipments for transportation via air and ground network.

· Interact with customers and agents to rate and quote shipments via air, FTL, LTL, hot shot and line-haul.

· Maintain and grow relationships on Titans behalf with both existing and new customers and carriers.

· Proactively reach out to carriers to source, price, negotiate and track shipments daily.

· Source and secure capacity for time sensitive freight by leveraging multiple sourcing platforms.

· Work alongside team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

· Branch Office and agent communications.

· Local cartage and dispatch.

Skills and Qualifications

· 3-5 years minimum industry experience preferred

. Knowledge of carriers and first/final mile domestic agents

· Effective communication skills

· Excellent organizational skills

· Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage time effectively

· Attention to detail and accuracy

· Continual desire to learn and expand domestic knowledge

· High level of resourcefulness and initiative
