Duties

• Management of company’s closing calendar – scheduling time/day/location for real estate closings
• Communication between sales & processing team as well as with realtors and lenders
• Obtaining necessary property/transaction specific information from various parties/sites/departments
• Build and maintain spreadsheet with file details to obtain all items needed for a closing

Qualifications

• Title or real estate experience a plus but not required. Must be detail oriented, positive and able to work with a team.
• Must be self-organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication skills.
• Word & Excel experience.

Compensation

• Hourly $15-$18 (negotiable depending on industry knowledge)

Hours

• 8:30-5:00pm EST
