Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining current client relationships, for generating new business opportunities, and promoting our title insurance and settlement services to new and existing clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to contribute to the growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and target potential clients through email campaigns, and other sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and other industry professionals.
- Present and promote our title insurance and settlement services to prospective and current clients.
- Manage and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the real estate, title insurance, or settlement industry.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual preferred but not required.
