We are looking for an upbeat individual with excellent communications and superior customer service skills, who will go way above and beyond to exceed our customers' expectations. If you are friendly, organized, dependable, loyal, and efficient, we want to hear from you!

Job Duties

  • Reviews Executed Closing Packages and Recording Documents for accuracy and completion
  • Reviews title requirements and confirms all requirements have been met
  • Prepares executed documents for recording with the local clerk’s offices
  • Disbursing funds
  • Sorting, reviewing and sending executed loan packages back to the lender
  • Daily interaction with team members and clients regarding post-closing matters
  • Issuing refunds to clients for tax and storm water fees returned from the treasurer’s office
  • Preparing and Recording Certificate of Satisfactions with the local clerk’s offices

Job Qualifications

The ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under time constraints while maintaining a positive attitude is essential.

  • Ability to interact with co-workers and clients in a professional manner
  • Exceptional organization, time management and follow-up skills
  • Reliability is extremely important as this is a key function to the settlement process
  • Comprehensive knowledge of settlement, title and legal instruments and terminology relative to all commercial and residential loan programs and instruments conveying title and encumbering title a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to identify settlement and title issues in the structure or commercial and residential transactions (sales and financing), as well as additional considerations resulting from the transaction documents a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (Both verbally and in writing)
  • Ability to perform tasks independently.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently in a fast paced, dead-line oriented environment.
  • Experience in SoftPro and Greenfolders a plus, but not required.
  • High school diploma
