Starting pay: $11.00 hour

Daily Primary duties:

Wash ALL pots, pans, glassware, silverware, bar ware, plates, bowls, bus tubs, etc. and place them in appropriate area

--There are a minimum of 2 dishwashers per shift. Rotate washing dishes with loading and emptying bus tubs between the 2 dishwashers. You should be able to wash dishes...not just load trays and/or empty bus tubs. ROTATION OF THESE 2 STATIONS IS CRITICAL.

Empty trash cans (sanitize trash can twice weekly)

Keep dish pit area clean and organized

Clean walls and sinks of dish pit daily

Clean bus carts

Clean outside storage rooms

Clean outside parking lot

Clean inside storage area

Keep storage area for all cleaned pots, lids, etc organized and clean

Sweep and mop kitchen area

Sweep and mop ice maker area

Keep shelves in back organized.

Store food products appropriately on shelves.

Wash/sanitize bus tubs at the end of the night shift.

Help eachother out. Be a Team Player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
