Tamashii Ramen is seeking two accomplished General Managers to lead and inspire our team, overseeing all facets of our restaurant operations with a focus on excellence and growth. Locations Needed: Edmond, OK or Norman, OK

Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct a team in both front of house and back of house
• Manage day-to-day operations independently and efficiently
• Enhance operations and the overall dining experience proactively
• Ensure high-quality service and work standards
• Meet financial targets through effective resource and operations management
• Drive guest count growth and revenue through an exceptional dining experience

Qualifications:

• 2 years experience as General Manager highly preferred; Minimum of 2 years experience as an Assistant General Manager required
• Proven ability to lead front and back of house teams
• Hands-on leadership style
• Comfortable with administrative tasks
• Strong communication skills and dependability
• Highly preferred: Experience opening a new location
