Brand Marketing Manager, Marshalls

The Opportunity: Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career As A Brand Marketer.

We are looking for a motivated, experienced, self-starter to join our Brand Marketing team as a Brand Marketing Manager. At Marshalls we pride ourselves in having a fresh array of fashionable and brand name apparel, home furnishing and more. You’ll learn what makes Marshalls a leader in the off-price retail space. With over 1,000 stores and growing, it’s a great time to join our Brand Marketing team, supporting Marshalls.

The Brand Marketing Manager will be working on the team responsible for developing communications and programs that increase consideration, drive brand love, and position Marshalls for future growth. The role in particular will be responsible for the leading the strategic development and overseeing execution of a variety of integrated, cross channel programs for Marshalls that drive key brand objectives, including: paid digital, paid social, and media integrations/partnerships.

Who We Are Looking For: You.

  • Support development of holistic brand strategy that drives key brand health metrics, increases consideration for the brand, and shiftf perceptions of Marshalls.
  • Works cross-functionally to develop integrated partnerships and programming that tells our brand story in meaningful and culturally relevant environments.
  • Develops creative briefs and oversees content development for integrated partnerships, paid digital channels and programming. Partner with creative agency and internal creative teams to ensure content delivers on key brand objectives.
  • Oversees day-to-day planning, content calendar management, and partners with the media team to execute and steward all paid digital and social initiatives to drive overarching brand goals.
  • Provide strategic oversight of content development and ensure creative delivers on our consistent tone of voice, Marshalls brand guidelines, visual identity, and messaging themes.
  • Proactively collaborate and communicate effectively across cross-functional business teams, including Agency and internal creative partners, Brand Teams, Consumer Insights, Digital Marketing and Media, to drive the business and deliver on brand goals.
  • Oversee the Marketing Supervisor in their day-to-day activities and coach them on performance and professional development.
  • Attract, assess, retain, and develop talent by creating an environment that provides direction, continuous learning and development, and commitment to common vision and shared values. 

Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of client-side marketing or account management experience
  • Consumer first brand marketers with retail or CPG experience preferred
  • Multi-channel, integrated thinker who can connect the dots between objectives & channels
  • Strong organization, presentation and writing skills
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to problem solve and work in the grey
  • Thrive on working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment 
  • Leader who coaches and develops their direct reports

This position has a starting salary range of $90,200 to $115,200 per year.

Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

This position is eligible for an annual incentive.

This position is hybrid requireing 2 days per week in the office in Framingham, MA. We are not open to this position being remote.
