The Loss Prevention Project Specialist is responsible for creating and implementing projects, initiatives and/or programs for the Loss Prevention Organization that delivers Company shortage goals. This includes recommending projects, creating project plans, schedules, estimates, timelines, resources, tasks, deliverables, and budget. Consolidates communication and provides consistent updates and information flow.

Responsibilities

  • Identifies and prioritizes multiple projects, programs and/or processes that will meet organizational strategic needs and business/shortage reduction goals in collaboration with Sr. Leadership.
  • Proactively identifies when projects/programs are tracking off schedule, over/under budget thresholds and/or out of compliance. Partners with and makes recommendations to Sr. Leadership, as needed, for resolution.
  • Analyzes processes and makes process/reporting improvement recommendations. Implements, drives and supports new processes.
  • Makes decisions on final process/project recommendations.
  • Determines evaluation strategies. Directs the gathering and compilation of assessment data.
  • Performs frequent reporting and analyzes actual and forecasted results compared to project and or program plan.
  • Diverse resolution of complex issues and concerns.
  • Leads and facilitates team meetings with multiple levels of management.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Highly collaborative and flexible; team-oriented approach
  • Strong communication skills with ability to influence all levels management.
  • Strong verbal and visual articulation skills, with experience working with multiple groups of personalities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment effortlessly and effectively.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and technology, knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Mac and PC platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with special attention to detail

This position has a starting salary range of $60,499.92 to $75,600.20 per year. 

Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
