What we expect:Responsible for the safe operation of production equipment in a manufacturing environment, ensuring specifications are accurate and completion of necessary paperwork. Identifies process improvements that drive increased efficiency, and quality.
- Must adhere to all safe work practices, immediately report safety and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel
- Meet daily production goals and follow GMP(s)/QCP(s) at all times
- Responsible product quality, operate and maintain 6S of key production equipment, autonomous maintenance/adjustments to equipment as necessary
- Operate, setup, assemble, and disassemble multiple types of production equipment for processing and packaging
- Ensure weights and methods are accurate and all regulatory requirements are met
- Train and Instruct other team members how to properly operate equipment
- Coordinate with multiple departments
- Familiar with manufacturing computer systems for inventory and machine control
- May become a certified trainer and provide certified training in one process.
- May serve as back-up
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in running machinery.
- Proficient in setting up machinery.
- Proficient in trouble shooting.
