Our employee-owned and integrated team of multi-disciplined engineering and design professionals is looking for a Professional Environmental Engineer who has prior experience or a strong interest in developing innovative drinking water and wastewater solutions.
As a member of our Water/Wastewater team, you will work alongside a talented group of engineering professionals to design solutions for water supply, drinking water treatment, wastewater collection, and wastewater treatment projects. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of complex and challenging projects within the government and industrial sectors within the Twin Cities metro, throughout the state of Minnesota, and across the country.
In collaboration with multi-disciplined professionals, you will prepare design calculations and engineering drawings, specifications, and assist in planning and monitoring all aspects of water / wastewater projects from conceptual design through construction administration. You will have the opportunity to grow your project management abilities by planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of multi-disciplinary projects. You will also become involved with and occasionally lead efforts to market services and develop business opportunities by identifying and tracking leads, cultivating and establishing client relations, developing proposals, and preparing and delivering client presentations.
For this opportunity we are seeking a qualified professional who resides within a regular commuting distance of our office in Saint Paul, MN. Flexible work arrangements (3 days in office / 2 days remote per week) will be considered for those who have demonstrated an ability to work successfully in a hybrid work environment by displaying self-motivation, initiative, teamwork, and strong communication skills.
\nRequired Qualifications
