Essential Job Functions:
Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a positive first impression.
Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to optimize table turnover.
Seat guests promptly and efficiently, considering server sections and guest preferences.
Communicate effectively with guests, servers, and management to ensure a smooth dining experience.
Practice safe work habits, including wearing protective safety equipment and following MSDS and OSHA standards.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous food and beverage experience or equivalent training required.
Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays, weekends and alternate shifts.
Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and reaching..
