Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Medical Transcriptionist to join our team! You will transcribe medical reports by physicians and other healthcare practitioners.
Responsibilities:
Interviews available immediately! Only qualified candidates will be considered. Responsibilities:
- Transcribe reports from medical personnel
- Translate abbreviations into proper form
- Review reports for completeness
- Transcribe while in the room with doctor and patient
- Correct errors in transcription, grammar, punctuation and spelling
- Records
- answer phones
- Previous experience in medical transcription or other related fields
- Familiarity with transcription devices
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Strong attention to detail
- RECORDS MANAGEMENT and EHR.
- MEDICAL TERMINOLOGY AND CODING.
- PATIENT PRIVACY AND HIPAA COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS.
- Must be able to type no less then 55 words per minute
