PRIVATE HOME IN BERGEN COUNTY NEW JERSEY - PRIVATE BEDROOM FOR THE AIDE

Live-in for a married couple - both require assistance with ADLs, woman with diaper changes; man with some anxiety and has a catheter bag that needs to be emptied.

Both need medication reminders.

Caring for older married couple and assist with cooking, light housekeeping and laundry.

Also assist with dressing, walks, ADLs and toileting.

Must be able to work for 3-4 months without taking a break.

Responsibilities

• Light cleaning and Laundry
• Bathing and Dressing
• Medication reminders
• Cooking meals

Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Offer activities that are essential for enjoyment and daily enrichment.

Qualifications

LICENSED IN NEW JERSEY - CHHA

Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills

Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations

• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
