We are looking for experienced Executive Chef to lead our small but creative concept in Natchez, MS. We are looking for a long term partnership, this isn't a seasonal or part time opportunity . As an executive chef you will: 

• Create the menu and communicate with vendors
• Weigh in on all things pricing and inventory
• Hire, train and schedule for your BOH staff
• Lead the CSR experience in your kitchen, maintaining a clean environment
• Lead dinner service
