Associate Veterinarian Position Available (FT/PT)

Do you enjoy working in a progressive environment? Are you interested in learning about how a holistic approach to medicine can enhance conventional therapies?Would you like to incorporate rehab into your traditional treatments? Then we would love to talk!!

TLC First is a growing small animal/exotics hospital. We are 100% Family Owned with no corporate ties. We practice conventional medicine, but we supplement care with a variety of herbal, nutritional, homeopathic, alternative therapies and refer for chiropractic care and acupuncture.

We are seeking an additional associate who has the experience or desire to learn new therapies. Familiarity with exotic animal medicine and surgery, holistic modalities, acupuncture, rehabilitation, or endoscopy is a plus, but willing to train. New graduates are welcome to apply and mentorship is available. We are looking for an associate whose practices embrace the culture of our clinic while delivering the best in customer care. We are located on the Northwest side of Chicago. Our practice was established in 2008 and has experienced rapid growth. We have newer equipment, including updated digital radiography, new in-house IDEXX lab equipment, Class IV 25W therapy laser, endoscope, underwater treadmill, therapy pool, digital thermal imaging and more. We emphasize education with our clients, and schedule time accordingly.

We do not see after-hours emergencies and we only do medical boarding. We have relationships with 4 major emergency/specialty hospitals in the Chicagoland area to assist our client’s after-hours and refer/consult as appropriate.
