Job Description & Requirements
- Specialty: ED - Emergency Department
- Discipline: RN
- Start Date: 07/29/2024
- Duration: 26 weeks
- 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12 hours, nights
- Employment Type: Travel
- Assessing patients' conditions, including taking vital signs, history, and performing physical exams
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans for patients, including administering medications and treatments
- Monitoring patients for changes in condition and taking appropriate action as needed
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to diagnose and treat patients
- Operating and monitoring medical equipment, such as IV pumps and cardiac monitors
- Keeping accurate records of patient care and communicating with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Providing education and emotional support to patients and their families
