```Duties:```

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in a variety of healthcare settings
• Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive care measures
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
• Assist with discharge planning and coordination of follow-up care

```Experience:```

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in a clinical setting
• Experience in pain management, acute care, or ICU preferred
• Proficient in medical terminology and medication administration
• Familiarity with pediatric nursing principles and practices
• Strong knowledge of discharge planning and health coaching techniques

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
