TLC Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Ambulatory Care for a travel nursing job in Robbinsdale, Minnesota.
Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities May IncludeAssessing patients' health status and medical history
Administering medications and treatments
Monitoring and documenting patient progress
Communicating with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
Educating patients and families about their conditions, medications, and self-care
Maintaining patient medical records and updating care plans
Assisting with diagnostic tests and procedures.
RequirementsA current Registered Nurse (RN) license
A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, although an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) may be sufficient in some cases
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage a complex patient caseload
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
This is a not full time but contracted travel position.
