**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing project specifications and preparing cost estimates for construction, septic, sewer and cistern projects.

**Responsibilities:**

- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates

- Collaborate with customers and engineers to understand project scope and requirements

- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing

- Develop detailed proposals outlining project costs, timelines, and materials needed

- Monitor project progress and update estimates as necessary throughout the project lifecycle

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

- Proven experience in construction estimating and project management

- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing from vendors and subcontractors

- Excellent analytical and mathematical abilities to accurately estimate project costs

- Ability to work on construction sites as needed to assess project requirements

- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
