Job Description
The irrigation manager has a high level of importance to the workflow of staff and operations. They will oversee, review and manage all of the following functions: irrigation, scheduling, work orders, materials, staffing, training, customer services along with quality control and safety compliance.
Job Requirements
- Hiring, training and managing all Irrigation Technicians
- Constant communication with the Sales, Account, and Operations managers
- Oversight of irrigation work order scheduling board to ensure efficiency and satisfied customers
- OSHA, ED and QC issues for compliance and safety purposes
- Oversight of HR issues while maintaining complete and accurate staff records
- Irrigation department billing
- Weekly staff meetings
- Timecard approvals
