Key Responsibilities:

• Frontline technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, in-person, and remote channels
• Swift diagnosis and resolution of technical problems across various IT equipment
• Maintenance of hardware, software, and user account management adhering to organizational policies
• Facilitating system upgrades, backups, and data recovery planning for optimal performance
• Aid in software system development through troubleshooting and basic programming tasks
• Documentation creation for independent issue resolution and conducting user training sessions
• Remote support ensuring seamless IT access for users and offices
• Collaborating with IT and cybersecurity professionals on complex projects

Experience and Skills:

Requirements:

• Proficiency in technical troubleshooting across hardware and software domains
• Experience with user account management, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and system maintenance
• Knowledge of data backup strategies, security protocols, and antivirus solutions
• Strong communication skills and ability to train users on IT systems and security practices
• Inventory management skills and collaboration capabilities with external vendors
• 2-3 years of professional experience working in a user support role

As a condition of employment, all new hires are required to have received at least the first dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or the single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
