Our hygienists have healthier ergonomics providing only prophy’s and whitenings. No more x-rays or back-aching SRP’s. Each hygienist has a scribe during appointments to take care of tedious charting and the extra hassle of waiting for the dentist to do an exam has been taken out of the equation. The Gleamery’s experience is hygienist-led. You, as the lead provider, will be relied on to perform exceptional cleaning and whitening services for each guest.

What You'll Do

• Perform dental cleanings and whitenings for guests
• Conduct oral health assessments and provide preventive dental care
• Apply fluoride
• Educate guests on proper oral hygiene techniques and practices
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting
• Prepare treatment rooms for guests by adhering to prescribed procedures and protocols
• Follow infection control protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Maintain dental supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, recommending quantities for order, and verifying receipt of supplies. 
• Conserve dental resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results
• Perform guest consultations
• Attend and participate in team meetings and company initiatives
• Assist with community outreach and events
• Help maintain high standards of retention, customer satisfaction and brand loyalty
• Partner closely with the Guest Services to deliver a world-class experience to every guest, every time
• Work closely with the Support Office to develop, implement and maintain key processes, playbooks and business initiatives.

• Certificate or Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
• Be a Licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of CA
• Current CPR certification. 
• Proficiency in using dental software and electronic medical records (EMR)
• A high value on personal and team performance excellence
• A focus on precision of service delivery, unparalleled cleanliness and rigorous adherence to company policies and standards of behavior
• An ability to maintain guest confidentialityOutstanding customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills
• A professional response to high-pressure situations and time limits

• $50-$60/hr, dependent upon experience. This is a full-time, long-term position.
• The position is immediately available. 
• On-Site in West Hollywood, CA. 
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
