Key Responsibilities:
- Function as a consultant to our internal business partners regarding technology and process solutions
- Facilitate finding, developing, and implementing viable technology solutions for our business partners by working with teammates, IT groups within the company, external service providers, and business partners
- Provide guidance to our internal business partners by knowing what technologies are available to solve complex requirements
- Interface with internal business partners, IT groups, and external service providers to implement new systems and modify existing systems
- Must be able to work on a W-2
- Structured, methodical system analyst skillset (software system requirements gathering, and workshop facilitation, documentation, testing)
- Knowledge of current technologies
- Effective communication
- Capability and willingness to learn rapidly, ask questions, and retain the information provided during the process
- Good organizational and documentation skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred in IT, computer science, business, economics, and engineering, open to other majors
The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $120,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
