Your challenges?

As an Industrialization Quality Leader, you will:

• Lead quality engineering for new offer development and industrialization.
• Implement APQP and PPAP methodologies in quality processes.
• Conduct PFMEA to evaluate process failure modes and effects.
• Support process qualifications and measurement systems analysis including Gage R&R.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in design and industrialization phases.
• Travel to manufacturing facilities in Mexico for major milestones.

What do we expect from you?

The minimum required skills necessary for this role:

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
• Must have work authorization in the USA.
• 10-15 years of experience in quality engineering, with a strong preference for candidates with APQP and PPAP experience.
• Experience in electromechanical or PCBA design highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and ability to participate in sprints.
• Strong leadership skills to work with senior teams and cross-functional groups.
• Ability to travel to Mexico for project requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
