What you get to do:

• primary objective will be to drive the acquisition of engineering projects within the leading hi-tech industries in the United States.
• primary focus will be to address their sustainable hi-tech, IT and engineering staff augmentation needs.
• Dive headfirst into the world of client partnerships, proactively seeking out new opportunities across our target regions.
• Be the architect of success by facilitating our Sales team's engagement with key decision-makers at the Senior Executive and Management levels.
• Lead the charge in developing business strategies tailored to our TMC’s core driving growth and innovation.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to showcase the full breadth of TMC USA SE’s offerings to our esteemed clientele.
• Unleash your strategic prowess by employing cutting-edge client hunting practices, backed by thorough market analysis and constant vigilance for revenue-generating opportunities.
• Keep a finger on the pulse of the market and industry trends, providing invaluable insights to our management team.

Business Development:

-Management and development of your entity

-Definition of your commercial strategy and its implementation

-Development and retention of your customers

-Negotiation and contractualization of won projects

Recruitment:

-Identification and recruitment of future employees who will join your team.

People Management:

-Management of your team of consultants (career management, follow-up and coaching).

Financial Management:

-Administering your profit center autonomously

What you bring to the table:

• A zest for success paired with master’s degree in business or related field and minimum 3 years of experience in the industry.
• A proven track record of conquering new business territories and achieving stellar results.
• A proven book of business and strong contacts that can help you get success from day one.
• Strong network of Hiring Managers/Division Directors/ Engineering Managers from different domains of IT, IT automation, finance, accounts, and insurance.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, both internally and externally.
• A can-do attitude and an unwavering commitment to teamwork and company triumphs.
• Confidence in navigating the realms of Executive and Management contacts, both within and outside the organization.
• Masterful internet sleuthing skills - because in today's digital age, knowledge truly is power!
