Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Project Manager is responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations and ensuring that they are meeting project plans and deadlines. In order to do this, they need to be able to understand the manufacturing process and have a good working knowledge of the products being produced.

What you will be doing:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of project
• Ensure that project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

What you need to be successful:

• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in Manufacturing Industry
• Experience in managing customer projects.
• Minimum 2 full project development life cycles
• Ability to manage External and Internal Stakeholders
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills.
• Experience with ERP and MES is a plus.
