Description
TMC Staffing is seeking an Outside Sales Representative responsible for increasing sales by developing and maintaining relationships with clients. Duties may include identifying prospective customers, following up on potential sales leads and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Generating new business through prospecting, cold-calling, professional social media, scheduling appointments, and building relationships
- Manage pipeline data in a sales database, analyze market opportunities and target prospects
- Present solutions, assist in developing presentations and conducting proposal meetings
- Develop trusting relationships

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Candidate must be able to hit the ground running and produce immediate results
- 2-3 years of business-to-business sales experience with a successful track record preferably in staffing, recruiting or similar workforce solutions.
- Experience communicating with business owners and executives of small to mid-sized businesses
- Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to close customers
- Skilled multi-tasker
- An excellent reputation
- Proficient in MS Word, and Excel
