- Maintains property including but not limited to offices, production areas, public areas, and equipment
- Ensures maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely manner and according to all specifications.
- Prepares accurate and timely reports as required.
- Maintains a clean, safe working environment.
- Communicates need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment to appropriate manager.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum of 1 year maintenance experience
- Groundskeeping experience
- Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds
- Must be open to continual exposure to outside weather conditions and Frequent loud noise
- Attention to detail to ensure job is completed in an exemplary manner
