About This Vacancy
  • Utilize AutoCAD and other relevant software to design and optimize manufacturing processes, layouts, and workflow systems.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability and efficiency of proposed manufacturing processes & collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and quality assurance to ensure alignment with product specifications and standards.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate manufacturing equipment, tools, and technologies to enhance production efficiency and quality. And coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the procurement and integration of manufacturing equipment.
  • Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Continuous Improvement - identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction through analysis of production data and performance metrics like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and eliminate waste.
  • Quality Assurance - Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform process validations, capability studies, and risk assessments to ensure manufacturing processes are robust and reliable.
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
  • Documentation and Compliance - Create and maintain manufacturing process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and equipment manuals.
