TMG Services is Hiring an Entry Level Lead Generation Specialist Near Sunnyvale, CA

The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for generating leads on behalf of a primary Home Improvement company in the United States. As the Lead Generation Specialist, you will source quality leads by meeting with local community members. By having a customer-first approach, the Lead Generation Specialist is able to determine which option is best, based on customer’s interest and available options in home renovation and home improvement. Based on these leads, the Lead Generation Specialist will introduce potential customers to the Sales Management team, all while remaining part of the sales cycle, for added support to the customer. 

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Entry Level Lead Generation Specialist:

  • Generate leads by focusing on the benefits and value for the customer
  • Communicate the myriad of options and features of home renovations and home improvement products and services
  • Provide customer-first service in every interaction while remaining sincere and genuine
  • Be the example of a professional by maintaining a professional image and positive attitude
  • Efficiently communicate leads with the Sales team, by maintaining a high level of focus, competitiveness, and staying organized.
  • Strictly adhere to all company policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Track and measure key performance indicators in order to deliver valuable information back to the lead generation team as well as our clients 
  • Identify ways to improve outreach and lead generation efforts and identify areas for improvement 

Entry Level Lead Generation Specialist Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or business-related field is preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of Customer service, brand ambassador work, or sales experience - Direct sales experience is a bonus
  • Strong passion for working with people and a desire to give back and make a difference in the surrounding communities
  • Desire to gain hands-on sales experience including territory management, lead generation, and relationship development
  • Unmatched communication and presentation skills 
  • Natural leadership skills and a desire to build upon those skills
