Looking for a Full time sales associate to do appointments for our retail division. This will involve selling our product to interested parties and creating proposals for items selected.

This job will give you the opportunity to create your own schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Work with home and business owners to develop an understanding of their needs and present window treatment solutions to ensure these needs are met.
• Present and sell company products to new and existing customers
• Engage in the company sales of culture of excellence. Strive to hit and exceed sales goals and encourage teammates to do the same.
• Develop new business through networking and other lead generation.
• Collaborate with Installation Technicians and Office Administrators to ensure the highest level of service is delivered to our clients from initial contact through to the end of the project, and beyond.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, Design, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Previous Interior Design Experience is a plus
