The Maximization Specialist Associate is part of a team that explores the potential for Title IVE, Medicaid, SSI, VA, and Child Support for children in state custody as well as children who are receiving adoption assistance. The Title IVE program is loosely based on Aid to Families with Dependent Children policy. In order to complete their duties, this position requires an individual who is proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. In addition, an ability to learn and work in several other computer systems is necessary. This position requires a highly motivated, well organized, and productive employee who consistently meets deadlines. Attention to detail is necessary, as well as working at a computer for long periods of time. The person hired for this position will be required to travel for training and meetings on occasion, but otherwise will be in the office for the entire workday. This position requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
