**Job Description**

The primary purpose for this position is to coordinate the activities corresponding with the installation, relocation and/or removal of lottery equipment during new retailer installation; retailer termination; and/or existing retailer change of ownership to new owners.

**Required Education**

Associates degree is required. A Bachelors degree is preferred.

**Required Experience**

A minimum of 3 years of experience coordinating multiple tasks in a professional environment; must possess excellent oral and written communication skills as well as intermediate computer skills especially in Word, Excel, and Access or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience, which provides the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities for this job.

Must have the ability to: read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence; add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals; apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form; and deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations

**Salary Range**

$37,500 - $56,000 Based on Experience **Responsibilities**

The following duties are normal for this job and should not be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. *Other duties may be required and assigned.*

* Serves as a liaison and resolves issues between retailers, TEL staff and vendors during the installation, relocation and removal of lottery equipment

* Ensures approved lottery retailers are aware of all requirements necessary to begin lottery sales, as well as tracking retailer training

* Contacts lottery vendors to arrange for the installation of terminals once notification of approval is received and tracks installation process ensuring all appropriate TEL staff members are updated and informed

* Assists in the development of policies and procedures allowing for a smooth transition for merchants interested in becoming lottery retailers

* Coordinates the activities of the selling retailer and buying retailer to ensure a minimum of sales downtime in the event of a change of ownership, while serving as the liaison with the gaming systems vendor for the installation, relocation and/or removal of lottery equipment

* Ensures applicable TEL departments are aware of all aspects of a change of ownership of a lottery retailer, including, but not limited to: the Security Department (ensuring unusual activities are reported); and the Sales Department (ensuring instant ticket inventory is retrieved in a timely manner from the selling retailer while the buying retailer receives timely receipt of instant tickets)

* Periodically contacts retailers and investigates suspected changes of ownership to determine whether a valid change of ownership has occurred

* Verifies all funds due to the TEL from a selling retailer are paid in full and recommends refunds for eligible retailers when denied and/or terminated

* Processes requests for terminal relocations and makes determinations as to the validity of the requested action

* Processes retailer terminations and coordinates with the on-line vendor to ensure the terminal is removed after the account is cleared

* Maintains the retailer database, including, but not limited to: tracking relocations and the status of changes of ownership, all terminal types including equipment install dates; and updating files and information

Performs general administrative/office functions as needed and prepares and maintains the accuracy of departmental reports as requested
