Job Overview:
We are seeking a committed and highly motivated Operations Manager to join our team. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of TNT Guns & Range. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Report to and support the duties and functions of Executive Director. Assist Executive Director in developing and analyzing existing and new opportunities, and implementing new programs, products, and services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as industry (ATF, OSHA) regulations.
- Oversee Inventory Management

* Ensure that monthly firearm inventories are completed and that bound books are accurate.

* Monitor store compliance programs including 4473 reviews.

* Assist Inventory Manager with receiving firearms and accessories.

* Work with Inventory Manager to maintain sufficient levels of key products.

- Ensure rental firearms are cleaned, maintained, and repaired as needed to stay in good working condition.

- Manage daily operations to meet sales, customer, and inventory goals.

- Manage and Supervise Staffing

* Along with other management team members, assist in hiring new employees as needed.

* Train, mentor, and motivate staff members to deliver exceptional service

- Maintain a high level of customer service by resolving customer issues and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist in marketing activities including, but not limited to: Events, Social Media, outreach

- All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Firearm industry experience is required
- Proven experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective communication with staff and management

Pay: $52,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
