Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development and sustainability of a continuous improvement culture in the dealership and committed to Elite Support.
Responsibilities:
- Attends Boot Camp, Level 1, Level 2 and Change Management training within the first year - Attends the CIC Summit annually
- Assists the dealership on initial Elite Support certification and recertification annually
- Responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting based on Elite Support criteria requirements
Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience: One to three years of leading continuous improvement initiatives or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven results creating and executing continuous improvement activities that drive organizational results and change.
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to effectively work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Computer Skills: Must have basic understanding of Windows and Microsoft Office applications, which would include an above average understanding and usage of Microsoft Excel.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Formal training in Change Management and Continuous Improvement principles.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear and taste or smell.
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
