WHAT DOES YOUR DAY AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - CSR ENTAIL?

You will typically work 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.

As an entry-level Customer Service Representative - CSR, you'll ensure excellent service standards and high customer satisfaction. You'll have the opportunity to respond efficiently to customer inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns with a positive attitude. In addition to providing top-notch customer service, you'll also have the chance to assist the office admin with various tasks and duties. From coordinating office activities to managing supplies, assisting with budgeting and bookkeeping, and even making travel arrangements, your days will be filled with variety and excitement.
