Manage a team of marketing and communication professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to support their growth and development
Create and own the Franchise and Consumer Marketing Budgets
Lead vendor relationships, and agency partnerships
Secure internal alignment and set strategy for team priorities and scope
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
Lead Generation
Develop marketing and lead generation strategy for Franchise Development
Oversee digital content strategy, including website, social media channels, PPC, SEO, PR, and digital campaigns
Analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize marketing programs, report on ROI, and provide regular updates to executive leadership.
Basic Qualifications
Strong understanding of marketing and communication best practices, including social media, content marketing, and public relations
Experience leading and managing a team of marketing professionals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies in an agency setting
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior executives
Proven ability to assess and adopt new marketing channels and strategy to ensure progressive innovation
Proven ability to analyze in detail strategy, channel and campaign effectiveness via multiple reporting platformsDesire and ability to understand technical nuance, translating highly detailed information into accurate for broad audiences
Experience:
3 years leading marketing team/function in past
5 years of experience in the Franchise Industry
Experience in businesses with B2B & B2C functions
Led initiatives for growth marketing, product marketing, and content marketing
Masters of Marketing or related degree
Nice to have: Experience with Sales based CRM (ZoHo Preferable)
Nice to have: Successful startup marketing experience as early marketing hire
